Welcome to Junior Junction! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Junior Junction mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

2.3 Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
  • Remove any copyright or other proprietary notices from the App.
  • Use the App to transmit any viruses, worms, or malicious content.

3. User Content

3.1 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you add to the App, including item details and expiry dates ("User Content"). You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

3.2 License to User Content

By adding User Content to the App, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display such content in connection with the operation and improvement of the App.

4. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which can be found here.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interfaces, trademarks, logos, and software, are owned by us or our licensors. You are granted no right or license with respect to any of these intellectual property rights, except as expressly provided in these Terms.

6. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

6.1 Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, nor do we make any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information obtained through the App.

6.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your use of or inability to use the App.
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
  • Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted to or through the App.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Junior Junction and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

  • Your use of and access to the App.
  • Your violation of any term of these Terms.
  • Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right.
  • Any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make changes, we will provide notice by updating the date at the top of these Terms. Your continued use of the App after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
