Two things are settled.
The rest is honestly undecided.
Families pay nothing, and that isn't going to change. Founding partners pay nothing for their first year. What a business pays after that year is still being worked out — and we'd rather say so than print a number we'd have to walk back.
What you can hold us to today.
No subscription and no per-booking fee. You pay the business's own price for the activity and nothing to us — however many children you add, however many providers they go to. If we ever add a paid option for families, it will be for something extra, and the core schedule will not sit behind it.
- Unlimited child profiles and interests
- Bookings, sessions and messages in one app
- No subscription for families
Ten independent businesses across the Bay Area and Michigan pay no platform fee for a full year from the day their listing goes live — two seats are already taken. We also set up your activities, schedule and enrollment plans for you.
- A permanently reduced rate afterward, written into your agreement
- Refer another business and extend your free period
- A direct line to a founder, not a support queue
What a business pays after the founding year.
We're modeling it against what comparable platforms charge and against what a single-location business can actually absorb. Until we've run it with real businesses on real volume, publishing a rate would be a guess dressed up as a policy.
Status: to be determined
No percentage, no monthly fee and no tier structure is fixed. If someone quotes you one, it didn't come from us.
Published well before it applies
Standard pricing will be published at least 60 days before the first founding partner's free period ends. Nobody gets an invoice they didn't see coming.
The five constraints we've already committed to
Whatever the final number is, it has to satisfy all five of these. That's a narrower box than it sounds.
You only pay when a family pays you
The core model is a share of what's collected through the platform, not a subscription you owe in a slow August. If we ever offer a flat-fee option it will be an alternative you choose, never the only door.
Money taken outside the platform is never counted
Cash at the front desk, a check, a bank transfer a family sends you directly — not counted, not charged, not reported to us.
Card processing at cost
Charged by the payment provider at their published rate and passed through without markup. It won't be buried inside a platform percentage.
No minimum term and no exit fee
Export your activities, roster and payment history and leave whenever you want. A platform that has to trap you isn't earning its share.
Founding rates are held, not revisited
The reduced rate a founding partner gets after year one is fixed in their agreement before they start. It doesn't move when this page changes.
Everything in the business app, on every plan.
There is no feature-gated tier. Whatever we end up charging, you get the whole product — because a business with 40 students needs the same scheduling as one with 400.
Reflects the Junior Junction business app as built. Features ship to every business regardless of what pricing lands on.
The parts worth reading twice.
A free year costs you a form.
Set your business up in about ten minutes, or have us do it with you on a call. Either way you'll know within a day whether it's worth your time.
